As an industry, we must actively protect and, where possible, repair our Planet. So we support philanthropic projects that do just that. Before establishing Trapp Executive Search, we knew we wanted to become a member of 1% for the Planet. Its founders Yvon Chouinard, and Craig Mathews, created 1% for the Planet to help fund diverse environmental organisations so that collectively they can be a more powerful source in solving the world's problems. As a member of 1% for the Planet, we've committed to giving 1% of our gross sales each year to support approved environmental projects.
